The Old Rectory

A warm Irish welcome awaits you at the Old Rectory. Enjoy a cup of tea in the drawing room that looks out on a large garden surrounded by trees. Take a walk around the garden and down to the river.

All bedrooms are centrally-heated for your comfort. In the morning, breakfast is served in the family dining room between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m. Or, if you prefer, sleep in and help yourself to cereal and toast as late as 11:00 a.m.

Four different rooms are available. With continental breakfast, that’s 35 Euros per person per night, and if you don’t want breakfast at all, you’ll only be charged 30 Euros. Additionally, if you’d like a longer stay you can choose seven nights for the price of five. Janie and Paul are happy to assist you with finding your way about. Settle in for a bit of folklore and amusing tales about the area.

Safe, off-street parking is available, and the Old Rectory is within the 40 KPH/30 MPH speed limit -within walking distance of Ardee town centre.
